AEC's Impact for Indonesian Workers

AEC (Asean Economic Community) was created by leading nation of South-East Asia on 22 Nov 2015 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It happend to increase ASEAN ability to become more powerful than China and India. And perhaps will give  one country in South-East Asia to sell their "stuffs and services" easily to every country in South-East Asia. 2016 is perfect opportunity year, and also challenging for all of South-East Asia nations.

But for the outcome, that will develop from AEC is besides many job vacancy will appear it is also means that many companyies will have the opportunity to have more skilled employees, or basically they will start to thinking that their employees is less skilled than anyother company. AEC perhaps also creating the competition in Indonesia become increasingly strinct. And the job problems such as international languange or mentally that will happend in Indonesia community should be handle by the government greatly. Also, it means that every support and coorperation from the government is really needed for Indonesia community in the AEC Competition.
